Thank you all for supporting DVA through our 2011-12 Inaugural Season. We are proud to announce our new season rightfully entitled DVA SEASON 2.0. We chose this "Mission Impossible style" title because three years ago the thought of having one full season seemed impossible. Now we begin number two. This season will continue our commitment to emerging and established writers, directors and actors. Since original musicals are what we do best, we also chose to open and close our season with shows that have blown previous audiences away. DVA is committed to bringing culturally diverse musicals and dramas to the DFW area. Join us for DVA SEASON 2.0! Season tickets go on sale August 5th!!

As we continue our journey, we have relocated to a new home. Our very first production, Diaries of a Barefoot Diva, was produced at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center in 2008. So we return to where it all began. Our new season will be produced there, and we look forward to seeing all of you!
A series of one-night events geared toward adult audiences. These events will occur once per month (during non-production months), and will vary from comedy shows to open mic nights. It is DVA’s way of providing fun entertainment for our community at a price which is easily affordable.

WHAT WE DO!
DVA Productions, Inc. was founded in 2008 by DFW artist Sheran Goodspeed Keyton. Our mission is to help develop and increase the awareness of the performing and cultural arts in the Fort Worth community.

There are many factors of life with which members of the community must deal. Though they vary in degrees amongst different cultures, backgrounds and social classes; these factors and the need for open and creative dialog are common to each of the groups.

The programs address issues of interracial struggles and acceptance, inter-generational relationships, growth and progress in African American communities, strengthening communication between adults and youth, acceptance of people's differences, and many more.

They also celebrate the joys and triumphs of the members of the community; and tell those stories through song and dance.
